Salaried GP Position: between 4 – 8 sessions (negotiable) per week

Kepier Medical Practice is a friendly, forward-thinking, and supportive GP practice with a strong reputation for high-quality patient care. We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed GP to join our team on a salaried basis
About the Practice
Ø We are proud to be a well-established practice with an overall CQC rating of ‘Good’.
Ø We are committed to future of the GP workforce being a training practice, hosting up to two GP registrars and 3rd year medical students.
Ø Our patient list size is approximately 8500
Ø We have a strong clinical team including 3 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GPs and 2 Nurse Practitioners who are supported by an extended clinical team consisting of 2 Practice Nurses, a Student Nurse Associate and a HealthCare Support Worker. We also have a 20 strong administrative team and in-house practice pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, a mental health practitioner and social prescribers.
Ø Regular MDTs and Clinical meetings to support collaboration and learning
Ø EMIS Web clinical system with modern digital tools including Accurx, econsult, Ardens and Agilio TeamNet
Ø High and consistent QOF achievement
Ø Low home visit rate – supported by Sunderland recovery at Home Team
Ø Convenient location near the A1 and A19; with staff commuting from Sunderland, Newcastle, and Durham areas
Ø Member of Sunderland GP Alliance who support with Enhanced Access appointments
Ø Member of supportive Coalfields PCN
About the Position
