Practice Nurse Vacancy
37.5 hours per week
Salary dependent on experience
An experienced Practice Nurse is required to work with our existing Nursing Team (2 PN/1 HCA/2 TNA). We are an inner-city practice with approximately 9000 patients, with a supportive and forward looking multi-disciplinary team. We aim to continuously develop the team with training and education.
St Bede Medical Centre is based in purpose-built premises with a full multi-disciplinary team.
The practice is a training practice and trains both GP Registrars and Medical Students.
The Practice Nurse will be responsible for the delivery of practice nursing services including Cervical Screening, Administration of vaccines to both adults and children. The practice nurse will be responsible for a number of clinical areas such as health promotion, chronic disease management, health prevention, as well as supporting the management team in the reviewing of clinical policy and procedure
